Description
Chronicles the gradual evolution of Tinseltown from the earliest Hollywood peep shows in 1889, through the rise of talking pictures, the evolution and then abolishment of the Hays Code, and the dawn of the "New Hollywood" at the outset of the 1960s - an era when the director became king.
